KFC Meets A Lady Competitor

KFC’s Colonel Harland Sanders has met a lady competitor in China – Ji’a’po.

Ji’a’po is a fast food chain founded in 2007 which has about a hundred stores in China. Despite the striking similarities between the two logos, the State Administration for Industry & Commerce in China says that there is no infringement. Seems slightly odd to me…

Well, it’s pretty much like the China Disney Land-wannabe issue. They had created a kind of disney land with obvious disney characters and claimed they didn’t copy anything and it was original.
LOL, this is the way China man doing business.
I didn’t know about the Chinese Disney Land, Benjamin…that’s crazy! I guess there’s nothing much anyone can do about it.
Yeh Jacob, it seems like it. If the authorities say it’s fine for them to do so, they why not…i guess?
